(1979). Admitted to the Florida and Illinois Bars, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Supreme Court,
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of Florida. Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Gary concentrates his practice in estate planning, guardianship, probate law, trust
administration and probate litigation.
Gary has been a speaker at the Probate and Trust Law Section Seminar sponsored by the
Broward County Bar Association. He published an article entitled "Relevance of Values
Established in Buy-Sell Agreements" in The Family Law Commentator.
Gary is past President of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, Inc. and past
Chairman of the Probate Committee of the Broward County Bar Association. He is also active
with the Florida Bar serving on the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee and the Probate
and Trust Litigation Committee.
